Twice a week is fine on the newsletter! Your honesty and openness about what you like, or did not like, is greatly appreciated! I like comparing how I felt about a flick to your feedback - even if it's a bit of a goofball movie! While I do not consider myself a pure cinemaphile, I usually lean towards a good drama with good writing - to my wife's chagrin. But, I also like to be entertained, so I appreciate anything truly clever or satire/comedy! Being new to this news letter, I continue to work my way through the Top 50! Ciao!
Salve Cheri. Everyone's taste is going to be a little different. I have a subscription to MHz and am delighted to watch Italian television there, but absolutely love your twice a week e-mail about Italian movies as I would not know where to find Italian movies otherwise. Keep the hits coming!.
Salve Cheri: I had mentioned that I subscribe to MHz Choice. A television series worth mentioning is "Imma Tataranni" (2020). It's a very clever detective series that takes place in Matera (southwest of Bari). I think you may have already mentioned "Songs of Napoli" (free on Amazon Prime and also on MHz Choice). A little corn ball at times, but really, really funny (and a little poignant, too). Allesandro Roja, Giampaolo Morelli and Serena Rossi are all quite good. Ciao!
